Jette Ferguson Group is a small and mighty team of two. Our belief is to always maintain direct communication with clients. Recently awarded 10th in the Nation with Sotheby's International Realty, they were honored with #1 small team (less than 3 individuals) and #3 in all teams in Monterey County.
Jette lives with her husband and 2 dogs in Carmel Highlands (between Carmel-by-the-Sea and Big Sur). Jette became a broker in 2003 and joined Sotheby's in 2012 where she became a top producer selling 40-50 homes per year. They limit their listings to ensure quality service throughout the sales process.
Jette’s strengths include marketing and social media, including a master’s degree in business and a CRS – like a master’s degree in real estate. Jette loves contracts, project management and negotiating for her buyers and sellers. Continuing her education, she became Ninja Certified in Sales in 2020.
Highly networked, she knows every top contractor on the peninsula from painters to general contractors, roofers, electricians, plumbers, stagers, gardeners, haulers, and house cleaners. Jette received continued referrals from community leaders, cpa’s, trust attorneys, and other professionals who seek a trusted partner for their friends, family, and employees.
She has worked with 1031 exchanges, trusts, probate sales, investors, seniors and more.
